Pico de Gallo has a twin! A traditional Mexican favorite. The reason why Milpas created a similar product with a different name is that in certain parts of Mexico Pico de Gallo refers to a fresh salsa, and not a fruit salad. However, people still sprinkle chile and salt on their fruits. The common name for the chile they use is chile Pequin, so we created "Pico Piquin". You can expect the highest quality in all Milpas brand products.
